The location is super convenient since it's close to the airport.
I had issues with my room reservation. The manager was unhelpful when I reported bed bug bites on my son.

we stayed at best western recently and had a great experience. the bed was really comfortable, especially the pillows! the room was a decent size, with a recliner, microwave, and mini fridge. our room had a nice view of the pool and courtyard, which was also really nice to walk around at night. it was clean and quiet, and the staff was very nice. we liked the overall design of the grounds and the building, and the restaurant was comfortable, clean, with very good food at reasonable prices.

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent dinner and breakfast, friendly and professional staff, reliable internet.
Felt like home, no complaints at all.

I chose Best Western for its proximity to the Nevada Museum of Art, which was my main reason for visiting Reno. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free 24-hour shuttle service to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. And unwinding at the poolside bar at the end of the day was delightful.
Room price doubled due to a local event, and initial room assignment wasn't as reserved.
